Cynthia joined TUWU because she had the opportunity to collaborate with the organization in the past while working as a Workers’ Rights Advocate, co-organizing “Know Your Rights” clinics. This experience deepened her appreciation for TUWU’s worker-led, community-centered approach and reinforced her commitment to collective organizing.
Cynthia’s inspiration for TUWU is to continue organize workers so they feel empowered and organize for justice.
